Lemon vinegar is a great all purpose cleaner. Adding the citrus peels softens the harsh smell of vinegar and leaves a pleasant clean scent.
Materials
Large mason or glass jar
Citrus peels
Vinegar
Instructions
Fill the jar with the citrus peels
Cover with White Vinegar
Make sure that the peels are covered and let sit for about 2 weeks in a dark area, check and shake every few days.
Strain through a coffee filter and place in a spray bottle
Notes
I love lemon and lime peels but you could easily use peels from clementines and oranges which you are probably already eating during the winter. Don't throw them out. Instead, collect them and add them to a jar. Then pour white vinegar over top.This is a great all purpose cleaner that is good for:
